Lennar’s Townhomes are designed with all the features of an independent, single-family home at a reduced cost through shared structure. Overall, they are the best value per square foot for anyone from young families buying their first home to the budget conscious looking for a seasonal second home. Both of the two available floorplans are loaded with exquisite included features such as granite kitchen countertops, quality tile, 42” cabinets, crown moulding, and more.

Coach Homes

Coach homes are high-end, luxury condominiums with just 4 home units per building. These unique plans have many benefits in both form and function. They offer additional square footage over other alternatives within their price point. The floors between the units are poured concrete with batted insulation. The buildings’ structures are commercial-grade construction, which provides for peace and privacy, but it also includes safety features like installed sprinkler systems and impact glass windows. The upstairs units tout additional square footage of living space plus an overabundance of storage, even a 3 car tandem garage.

Villas

Attached villas can be called the ‘best of both worlds’ between the independence of a single-family paired with the convenience and peace of mind that comes with owning a townhome or condominium. Complete landscaping maintenance is included in the fees, as are reserves for roof replacement and exterior painting. The most notable difference between villa and coach home ownership is that the villa owner owns the land.
